If you are not satisfied with the received goods, you may return them within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and resellable condition.

Once we have received the returned items, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding the return shipping costs. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.
